In many ways, our pets are like kids in any daycare. They like routine, they are more relaxed
when they know when they will be fed, played with and exercised.

How does your service work?
We will set up a complimentary appointment to visit you and your pet in your home. The earliest notice provided will help ensure the best scheduling for the customer. During the visit, we will interact with your pet, complete the paperwork, ask pertinent questions (vet & emergency contact info), become familiar with your pets routines, and gladly answer any questions you may have. The appointment takes approximately 30-45 minutes and by the time it's over you will have the complete confidence that your pets will be well cared for while you're away by a competent and trustworthy professional.

Each pet sitting visit includes feeding, fresh water, TLC, exercise and/or play and giving any required medications to your pet. At no additional charge we will also bring in the mail and newspapers, turn off or on your porch light, take out garbage on your trash day, open and close the curtains and blinds, bring in unexpected flyers, phone books, packages, etc. especially those during the holiday season.

When booking, you will be contacted a few days prior to your vacation (or other reason) to confirm dates and to ensure follow up on your return.

Are you bonded & insured?
We are bonded & insured through Pet Sitters Associates, LLC, Eau Claire, Wisconsin. We also adhere to PSI's Quality Standards of Excellence.

Last Minute Reservation Policy - book early!
The earliest notice provided will help ensure the best scheduling for the customer especially for Holidays. During holiday periods, we require at least 5 days advance notice and 7-9 days for new customers. Please plan accordingly.

This allows us to better serve you.

Cancellation Policy
Because we don't require deposits to secure services, we do require cancellations be made at least 2 days in advance.

Policies & Procedures
In order for us to provide the best possible service for you, your pets and all our customers, the following applies.

KEYS
All clients are required to provide one (1) working set of house keys at contract signing or other arrangements can be made with possible fee. Ask about our confidential "key on file" program.

PETS
All pets that are being exercised must wear identification tags while in our care. Unfortunately, we cannot provide service for aggressive animals or those with a history of biting.

Dogs will be leashed during walking. We also adhere to the law and pick up after the dogs we walk. If at customer's request, pets are to be left unattended outdoors during visits, we cannot be liable for any loss, injury or damage that may occur as a result of this decision.
